Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee and manage our Remote Services teams. This role provides professional operational leadership and governance of Remote Services within KAMS. The incumbent is also:
* Accountable to demonstrate achievement of performance objectives.
* Responsible for leading development and overseeing implementation of service delivery and strategies across the Remote Services and ensuring they are aligned to the Strategic Plan.
* Accountable for the performance management of direct reports.
* Expected to work together effectively with the Medical Director to enhance services, meet quality objectives and ensure continuous improvement.
