Aus-Precast Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of a company to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role
You will play a key role in managing core business functions including financial administration, customer service, coordination of staff and vendors, and general office operations. Your contribution will directly support productivity, business growth, and a well-structured workplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations to ensure workflows remain efficient and organised
* Track finances including budgeting, invoicing, and expense management
(MYOB experience highly desired)
* Support customer relations through communication, scheduling, and service coordination
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Coordinate with staff, suppliers, and contractors
* Assist with marketing and sales tasks (e.g. social media updates, customer outreach)
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant requirements
About You
* Minimum Year 12 completion required
* 5 years administration experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Proficient in administrative systems and financial tracking
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Highly desirable: office/administration experience within the mining industry
