Origin is leading the transition to a cleaner, smarter energy future. We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Development Coordinator.
This role will play a critical part in assisting the Reservoir, Appraisal and Development (RAD) Team in managing our Well based Development Package projects and Infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will have solid project management skills, a strong drive to move projects forward, and the ability to self-learn and work autonomously in a fast-paced delivery role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Actively project managing all Asset Development Packages and Infrastructure projects from the propose stage through to the develop stage of project delivery.
* Overseeing all Development Packages and Infrastructure projects from the develop stage through to the operate stage of project delivery with the Asset Services team.
* Identifying and managing development optimisation opportunities across the Asset.
* Interfacing with Non-Operated & Exploration stakeholders to understand life of field development opportunities across the Asset.
* Supporting the creation of key Asset Strategy artefacts such as the Asset Strategy, the Upstream Development Plan and the Long-Term Financial Plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in the oil and gas industry.
* Proven project delivery experience (domain agnostic) and an understanding of project delivery methodology(s) (methodology agnostic).
* Knowledge of gas production operations and CSG production system.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills in the establishment and maintenance of stakeholder rapport.
* Proven presentation skills in distilling complex technical concepts to an executive audience through various mediums.
* Understanding of subsurface technical concepts associated with Petroleum Engineering and Geoscience disciplines (desirable).
