Overview
An established and rapidly growing provider of sustainable energy solutions, known for excellence in solar PV, battery storage, and energy-efficient lighting installations across residential and commercial sectors. Due to expanding project demand and a focus on innovative renewable energy initiatives, the company is seeking a skilled Electrician to join its dedicated team.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough site inspections to support customised design and project delivery.
2. Install, troubleshoot, and repair various indoor and outdoor lighting systems.
3. Perform electrical wiring and configuration for new installations and upgrades.
4. Install and commission Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
5. Supervise subcontractor works to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
6. Provide preventative maintenance and responsive repairs across systems.
7. Install and maintain EV charging stations, ensuring safety and performance.
8. Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and electrical codes.
Qualifications / Desired Skills
9. Valid NSW Electrical Licence.
10. CEC/SAA Accreditation in Solar PV and BESS installation (or willingness to obtain).
11. Valid Driver's Licence and White Card (Construction Induction Card).
12. Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licence desirable.
13. Proven experience in lighting, Solar PV, and battery installations.
14. Strong communication and site documentation skills.
15. Ability to read technical documents and blueprints.
16. Comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor conditions.
17. Commitment to safety and continuous professional development.
