About the Role
As a Vocational Trainer, you will:
* Deliver engaging training programs aligned with Certificate I, II, or III qualifications, equipping students with essential skills for the workplace.
* Collaborate with stakeholders including students, industry partners, and the community to create meaningful workplace learning opportunities and career pathways.
* Ensure compliance with the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework, maintaining high standards in training, assessment, and resource management.
* Monitor and support student progress, implementing intervention strategies and tracking competency completion to ensure successful outcomes.
* Maintain industry relevance by fostering relationships with employers and staying up-to-date with current practices to enhance program delivery.
