Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store activities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing retail operations, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of service.

* Manage all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
* Lead staff development and performance improvement initiatives
* Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and stock control
* Handle employee rostering, performance management, and recruitment support
* Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations


Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year experience in a retail management role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Passion for retail, sales, and customer service
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
