Product Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Product Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

The Product Consultant will work closely with our Sales Team to validate product versions being sold to customers. You will be responsible for reviewing customer requirements, creating build requests, and providing product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review customer requirements and create detailed build requests.
* Provide product demonstrations and articulate benefits of product features.
* Liaise internally with Solution Architects or product management team to clarify product capabilities.
* Perform Level 2 Support to qualify product issues and assist or escalate as necessary.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Demonstrated experience with configuring or selling SaaS solutions.
* A thorough understanding of the entire credit onboarding process.
* Prior experience working with digital credit applications.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong knowledge of the Credit Management Industry.
* Experience working within the Fintech or Accounting sector.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Project Management or Project Co-ordination experience (desirable).
