We’re on the lookout for a Junior Procurement Assistant to join our Perth office. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1–2 years of office experience who’s keen to learn the ropes and grow with us.
You’ll be working alongside our Procurement Lead and internal teams, helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re organised, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Helping create and manage purchase orders
Chatting with suppliers to confirm pricing and delivery timelines
Tracking shipments and updating internal systems (like MYOB Advanced)
Assisting with product setup and data entry
Keeping records tidy and helping with reports
Responding to internal and external enquiries
Joining team meetings and sharing ideas to improve how we work
What We’re Looking For
Sharp attention to detail and solid organisational skills
A willingness to learn and take initiative
Explicit communication and a team-first attitude
Comfortable using basic office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Any experience in procurement or logistics is a bonus — but not essential
Familiarity with MYOB Advanced or ISO standards is helpful, but we’ll train you
