Role Overview
The General Manager—ODK will lead business operations across commercial and retail sectors, focusing on enhancing customer and retailer experience, fostering team development, improving financial and operational efficiencies, and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, manage P&L, support retail partners, lead the ODK team, and drive high performance.
2. Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand business within retail and commercial channels.
3. Brand Elevation: Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to adapt product offerings and execute initiatives like promotions and marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence.
About You
The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in retail operations, consumer products, or business development, with deep knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, inventory management, and sales strategies. You should be customer-focused, capable of translating strategic plans into actionable initiatives, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate strong commercial acumen. Proven success in driving revenue growth and profitability is essential.
