Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior account directors to manage client relationships and daily operations.
* Support client account teams in delivering communications strategies and workload management.
* Develop comprehensive briefs, create high-quality ideas, and implement media plans across interactive channels.
* Work with specialist teams to deliver exceptional services for clients.
* Proactively identify opportunities and share relevant information with key client leads.
Key Requirements:
* Foster strong relationships with clients and drive growth through effective account management.
* Understand client KPIs and deliverables, working closely with senior account directors to exceed expectations.
* Analyze media and consumer information to draw insights and determine effective channel mix and budget allocation.
* Develop detailed media plans, negotiating strong rate positions and premium formats with media owners.
* Monitor and track activity across all channels to ensure campaign goals are met.

* Broad industry tools, including Roy Morgan, AQX, Ad Intel, and Big Datr.
* Proprietary tools, such as Customer Viewpoint and MX.
* Media invoicing tools, like BMD.
* Analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Datorama, and Adobe Analytics.
* Ad Servers, including DCM, Sizmek, Innovid, and Flashtalking.
* DMPs/CDPs, such as Adobe, Google, Krux, and Rocketfuel.
* DSPs and Buying platforms, such as DV 360, DBM, MediaMath, Quantcast, Appnexus, DataXu, Turn, and Sizmek.
* Verification tools, including MOAT and Double Verify.
Understanding of Key Concepts:
* Offline Media Channels, including TV, Radio, Press, and OOH.
* CRO and Personalisation, using VWO and Optimizely.
* Native Platforms, such as Taboola, Outbrain, and Gemini.
* Search Buying Platform, including Ad Words, Marin, and Bing.
