Managing Recruitment Consultant - Finance
Position Summary

As a Managing Consultant, you will have autonomy and flexibility to deliver results, build and empower your team, and drive profitability and business activities.
You will promote the brand to existing and prospective clients and candidates, place candidates with clients, and support the team in achieving financial and KPI targets.
Responsibilities
Management Duties
Surpass financial targets
Identify potential recruitment consultants (PRCs)
Support and train new team members and place candidates within their first quarter
Agree financial and KPI targets and coach the team to meet or exceed them
Conduct formal and informal appraisals for career progression
Attend client and candidate meetings
Engage with clients within and outside core business hours
Maintain accurate records in the Robert Walters database
Maintain market knowledge and provide market intelligence
Support salary reviews and bonus allocations with leadership
Identify and manage underperformers per company procedures
Provide guidance on recruitment processes and Robert Walters procedures
Business Development
Identify areas for business growth
Generate new business through networking, brand promotion, market research, and outreach
Coordinate business development days
Assist with CV marketing strategy and implementation
Understand terms of business and negotiate fees within pre-approved parameters
Client / Account Management
Allocate clients to the team
Develop knowledge of each client's organization, culture, and resourcing needs
Lead recruitment campaigns for clients
Maintain regular contact to build long-term relationships
Discuss Preferred Supplier Agreements and ensure compliance
Provide market intelligence to clients
Assist with revenue queries in collaboration with Credit Control
Candidate Management
Source and select appropriate candidates for active roles
Maintain regular contact with candidates to manage expectations
Manage active and inactive candidate pools
Ensure candidates are coded correctly and files hold required information
Review placements and follow up with referred candidates
Follow up on referrals and leads

About You
To join as a Manager, you should have:
5+ years of recruitment experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required
Ability to align day-to-day plans with long-term goals
Commitment to self-development, a drive to achieve, and a target-driven approach

Strong problem-solving, commercial focus, and initiative
Ability to motivate and develop team members into leaders
