IEPro are working with a respected project delivery business to recruit an experienced Senior Quality Systems Lead based on the Gold Coast. The Opportunity As Senior Quality Systems Lead, you will take ownership of reviewing current quality management tools, systems, and processes while identifying opportunities for improvement across the business. You will work closely with Project Managers, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders to implement practical enhancements, improve compliance outcomes, and embed a strong quality culture across projects and corporate functions. The Role In this role, you will: Review and assess current quality systems, tools, and processes for suitability Lead improvements to quality management frameworks and operational systems Engage Project Managers and delivery teams to identify root causes of quality issues Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives Drive compliance with quality standards, procedures, and governance requirements Lead internal audits, inspections, and assurance activities Support portfolio, program, and project delivery teams with quality advice Ensure non-conformances are identified, investigated, and closed out effectively Track actions to completion and report outcomes to senior leadership Promote a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement About You To succeed, you will bring: Proven experience in a senior quality systems, assurance, or compliance role Background within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project delivery environments Strong working knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes Demonstrated ability to train teams and facilitate workshops Experience identifying root causes and implementing process improvements Strong stakeholder engagement skills across operational and executive levels Clear communication, leadership, and influencing capability A practical, solutions-focused approach to systems improvement The Benefits Gold Coast based senior leadership role A salary package up to $220k super Opportunity to shape systems and standards across a growing business Work closely with experienced project and operational leaders Long-term career progression and professional development opportunities Please note: Only candidates with local Australian based experience and working rights will be considered.
