At Rocky Bay, we're passionate about creating opportunities for people living with disability – and we know meaningful fundraising starts with strong connections, compelling storytelling and innovative digital engagement. We're looking for a motivated and digitally savvy professional to help coordinate and optimise Rocky Bay's digital fundraising presence across campaigns, donor communications and supporter engagement activities. This role combines creativity, data-driven thinking, and relationship building to help grow fundraising outcomes and strengthen donor experiences. Working as part of a collaborative and values-driven team, you'll contribute to integrated campaigns, supporter journeys, digital content, and database management while helping drive innovation across fundraising technologies and platforms.
Qualifications
* Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and response
* Strong understanding of CRMs, database management, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
* Highly developed interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement experience
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Desirable Experience
* Fundraising, donor relations, or digital marketing experience
* Experience using Salesforce or similar database/e-marketing platforms
