Overview
Field Service Engineer - Citrus, Victoria based at JBT Corporation. This role involves maintaining and delivering world-class service and optimizing advanced systems for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Work in a supportive team with experienced coworkers, both at customer sites and in the office, who will teach you about our machines.
* Prepare, execute and report preventative equipment maintenance visits.
* Attend customer sites to conduct service visits.
* Troubleshoot production issues at customer sites.
* Complete on-site evaluations, install machine enhancements, and test and calibrate parts to meet tolerances and product specifications.
* Ensure that the JBT Marel experience for customers matches the JBT Marel promise of superior performance, service, and quality with outstanding communication as you work with customer management and supervision.
* Troubleshoot and perform break-fix services on high-technology food processing equipment.
* Must have: trade-certified mechanical fitter/machinist/boilermaker; technical aptitude; ability to work autonomously; read manuals; parts management; strong communication and organizational skills; willingness to work weekends and travel.
