This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the achievement of sales objectives by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Become well-versed in Corin's full product range, including implants and technology, to effectively meet customer needs.
* Collaborate with both local and national sales teams to develop and execute strategic territory plans.
* Provide in-theatre support, including the maintenance of instruments and products.
* Lead educational workshops and in-service training on the safe and effective use of Corin products.
Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in business, health sciences, or a relevant field.
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to work autonomously and stay self-motivated.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively build relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders.
* Ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Comprehensive industry knowledge, including awareness of competitors, client needs, and market trends.
* A flexible approach to work, with the ability to travel up to 70% within the territory.
