Job Title
We are seeking a senior human resources leader to join our organization. This role will be responsible for driving recruitment, onboarding, and cultural integration while leveraging new systems to support scale and performance in a high-pressure environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in regulated environments within the financial services industry and proven experience owning the full HR lifecycle in a scaling environment.
The successful applicant will also possess strong working knowledge of contemporary HR systems and tools, as well as the ability to coach, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage HR systems to drive efficiency and consistency across the employee lifecycle
* Coach and support leaders on people matters including performance, engagement, and team development
* Build and formalize HR processes, documentation, and value propositions to support retention and culture
* Take ownership of the full employee lifecycle
* Establish scalable HR systems and processes
Requirements:
* Experience working in regulated environments within the financial services industry
* Proven experience owning the full HR lifecycle in a scaling environment
* Confidence navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to underdeveloped HR functions
* Strong working knowledge of contemporary HR systems and tools
* Ability to coach, challenge and influence senior stakeholders
