About the Role
The Case Worker is responsible for providing assertive case management, education and support to participants.
This position has a particular focus on collaborating with other local service providers, and delivering programs and activities to improve case management outcomes for youth.
The role requires working closely with Aboriginal families and immersing oneself in an amazing part of the world.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage young people who are marginalised and disengaged from community

Requirements
* Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people
* Demonstrated knowledge of trauma informed practice principles and family centred practice

Location
Tennant Creek is located between Alice Springs and Katherine situated in the Barkly Tableland, which has seen the rise of many Australian premier cattle stations.
