With a strong focus on innovation and quality, we have built a reputation for delivering reliable and cost-effective solutions to our clients.About the roleKotzur Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Asset and Maintenance Manager to join our team in Walla Walla (30-minute drive from Albury). Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our facilities, plant, and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably to support our operational and business objectives.What you'll be doingOverseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities to minimise downtime and maximise productivityMonitoring asset performance and identifying opportunities for improvementManaging a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating their work schedules and prioritiesDeveloping and implementing effective asset management strategies and maintenance plansLiaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate the installation and commissioning of new machineryMaintaining detailed records and reporting on asset performance and maintenance activitiesEnsuring compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulationsSupporting projects, including the selection and implementation of a new Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)What we're looking forTrade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fieldsExtensive experience (5+ years) in asset management and maintenance leadership roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environmentsProven ability to develop and implement effective asset management strategies and maintenance plansStrong technical knowledge of various asset types and maintenance best practicesStrong understanding of work, health, and safety standardsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsDemonstrated project management and team leadership capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsWhat we offerAt Kotzur, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
