Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing tailored services to children and youth funded through NDIS. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing colleagues' and families' knowledge, skills, and capabilities, adopting a holistic approach with our 0-7 age groups through a key worker model.
The role involves delivering evidence-informed intervention strategies, assessments, and parent education, conducting face-to-face consultations in natural environments, schools, kindergartens, and therapy spaces. This is a full-time position, with flexibility for part-time arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality interventions and assessments to support the needs of children and families
* Conducting consultations and sessions in various settings, including homes, schools, and therapy spaces
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements:
* Qualifications in Psychology and current AHPRA registration
* Experience in pediatric practice (0-18) and working with adults
* Willingness to register with NDIA as a behavior practitioner
* Knowledge of neurodivergent conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, developmental delay
