About The Position
This role provides an opportunity to work in a supportive environment as you develop and hone your statutory planning skills. As part of a large diverse team of planners, your focus will be on processing VicSmart applications on a diverse range of residential, subdivision, commercial and industrial developments. There is also the opportunity to contribute to process improvements.
Skills And Experience
* Assessment of VicSmart town planning applications
* Providing quality advice and guidance to applicants and the community
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders with an interest in the planning process
Requirements
* Employee Working with Children's Check
* Tertiary qualification in town/urban planning
* Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements
