Job Description Position Purpose
The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering consistent, timely and compassionate Human Resources coordination support across City Fertility's national network. As a key first‐line contact for HR enquiries and administration, you provide clear, respectful and solutions‐focused guidance that underpins our commitment to high‐quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the HR inbox with a 24‐hour SLA, delivering timely, respectful and accurate responses aligned with SOPs
* Coordinate end‐to‐end recruitment, including advertising, scheduling, screening, compliance and candidate experience
* Prepare employment contracts, variations and onboarding documentation with accuracy and compliance
* Maintain HRIS data integrity, process updates and support upcoming system transitions
* Track probation, visa, compliance and working rights documentation, ensuring secure and auditable records
* Coordinate Day One onboarding readiness including systems, documentation and communication with hiring managers
* Support WHS and Return‐to‐Work administrative processes
* Provide administrative support for learning and development, including enrolments, reporting and records
* Prepare routine HR correspondence, reports and dashboards
* Maintain organised and compliant digital employee files
* Support cyclical HR activities including performance reviews, remuneration and workforce surveys
* Build positive, values‐aligned relationships with employees and managers
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR service delivery and employee experience
* Model City Fertility's organisational values in all interactions
What We Are Looking For
* Demonstrated experience providing HR coordination support, including shared inbox management and recruitment/onboarding administration
* Understanding of Australian employment, privacy and compliance requirements, applying sound judgement and confidentiality
* Strong attention to detail, organisation and task management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced, service‐oriented environment
* Well‐developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build respectful and professional relationships
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, combined with a minimum 1‐2 years' experience, ideally in healthcare or another highly regulated environment
