As a home care provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and assistance to individuals in their homes.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver personal care and support to clients in their homes
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
* Transport clients to appointments and activities
* Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
* Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met
* Provide a compassionate and empathetic presence in clients' lives
Duties also include assisting with daily routines, maintaining client independence, and promoting overall well-being. Requirements include a valid police check, full Australian driver's licence, access to a car, previous experience in home care (preferred but not required), strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a compassionate and empathetic nature.
