The ICT Trainee will work closely with the ICT Lead to assist them in maintaining the ICT systems of OAMS. They will become the first line of assistance for staff requiring relevant support across the whole organisation, using provided procedures to either solve or escalate issues. The trainee will also assist the ICT Lead in administration tasks such as updating asset registers and conducting basic audits. When required, they will also assist with general administrative or operational tasks to support the broader People, Quality & Culture Division such as collecting mail, corresponding with other teams or ordering catering.
