The Position
We are looking for a number of experienced, passionate Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team atHoliday Inn Express - Little Collins!
* 6am to 10.30am shifts
* Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches
* Temperature checking
* Maintaining the service area to high standards
* Provision of excellent customer service to internal and external clients
* Be able to work unsupervised
* Showcase excellent time management skills
The Person
* Previous experience in similar role, environment
* Basic kitchen skills highly regarded
* Knowledge of micros POS system would be beneficial
* Be reliable, well‐organised and full of passion for what you do
* Outgoing personality with great communication skills
* Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi task
