We're on the lookout for ambitious individuals ready to roll up their sleeves and learn what it takes to succeed in real estate, from generating leads and making calls, to attending open homes and supporting the sales process from start to finish.
Position Summary:
• 2 or 3 weekdays per week
• Office Location Helensvale
• A Real Estate Certificate/License is essential
The Role
You'll work alongside one of the industry's top-performing agents and play an integral role in growing their business. Your day-to-day will include:
• Prospecting for new business via phone calls, SMS, and door knocking
• Attending and assisting with open homes and buyer inspections
• Managing and updating databases with lead and contact information
• Booking appointments, organising follow-ups, and maintaining schedules
• Responding to buyer and seller enquiries
• Liaising with clients to support active sales campaigns
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, and is eager to learn from the best.
You'll Need to Be:
• Confident, driven, and coachable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to new people
• Well-presented and professional in your appearance and communication
• Organised, reliable, and solutions-focused
• A team player.
• Available to work Saturdays for open homes if needed.
You must also have:
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• A QLD Certificate of Registration
