We are seeking a Retail Professional to join our team at the adidas NEW Watergardens Factory Outlet in Taylors Lakes, VIC.
About the Role:
This part-time position involves working across weekdays and weekends, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the store's product offer is represented on the sales floor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Being aware of store sales and KPI targets, and using all available store resources to meet or exceed them
* Executing the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
* Processing merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenishing merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
Requirements:
* A strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success
* Motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a team environment
* Ability to work across weekdays and weekends
