The Role
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bright, Victoria.
We are seeking an ambitious and creative Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and plans.
About You
You will be a dynamic and data-driven individual with a passion for marketing. A critical thinker who can creatively problem-solve and generate new ideas, all while working well independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall Brand:
o Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing brand guidelines.
o Evaluate and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
* Sponsorships & Partnerships:
o Manage sponsorship and partnership agreements.
o Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to establish relationships with sponsors, partners, ambassadors, and influencers.
* Wholesale Marketing:
o Work with the Sales team to identify marketing opportunities.
o Develop and execute plans to support these opportunities.
* Promotions & Campaigns:
o Support the wider marketing team in executing campaigns.
o Liaise with suppliers to design and create campaign materials.
* Events Marketing:
o Review event performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
o Represent the company at key festivals and events.
* Venue Marketing:
o Design and produce promotional materials for venues.
o Collaborate with venue teams on strategic delivery of key functions.
