We’re currently seeking an experienced and passionate bartender to join our dynamic front-of-house team.
The Role:
As a bartender at Ember Steakhouse, you’ll be the face behind the bar—crafting cocktails with precision, engaging with guests, and keeping the energy high. We’re looking for someone who brings both technical skill and a genuine love for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Execute Ember’s curated cocktail program with consistency and creativity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local laws
Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
Collaborate with servers and management staff to ensure seamless guest experience
Create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for regulars and new guests alike
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of high-volume bartending experience (cocktail experience required)
In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation (basic wine knowledge a plus)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Robust work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Current NSW RSA
