We are recognised industry leaders in Physiotherapy. We are a busy Specialist Physiotherapy practice with consulting rooms in South Perth and Joondalup. We provide expert care and advice for workers' compensation and private clients. We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team in South Perth. This fast-paced front-line role requires a can-do mindset, strong initiative and the ability to learn quickly.
The front-line responsibilities include welcoming patients, handling incoming calls and supporting general administration tasks across the clinic such as private and insurance patient scheduling, data entry, reception duties and billing/invoicing.

Requirements
* Proven ability to thrive in environments requiring multitasking skills.
* Moderate skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Cliniko highly regarded.
* Allied health experience is preferred, but the right person will be valued.

Work details
This part-time position is for 30 hours per week and requires an immediate start. The successful applicant should be flexible to cover various shifts including opening (starting at 7:15 a.m.) and closing (ending at 6 p.m.), as well as cover for occasional leave in South Perth and/or Joondalup.
