You'll be:
* Building and leading a small sales team (with plans to grow to 4 reps initially)
* Setting targets, KPIs, and incentives -- and helping the team hit them
* Driving sales growth of around 6% each quarter
* Strengthening relationships across hospitality, pub groups, and institutional sectors
* Working closely with the GM on tenders and new business opportunities
What you bring:
* A strong background in
foodservice or food distribution sales
* Leadership skills with a hands-on, people-first approach

* Commercial awareness around pricing, competition, and margin
