Overview
Nando's is opening its very first Drive‐Thru in Rothwell in July. This fast‐moving role will let you bring energy and passion to a new, dynamic service model that combines classic dining with efficient drive‐through service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the charge by overseeing daily operations, running a welcoming restaurant and inspiring a team of legends.
* Set the vibe by working shoulder‐to‐shoulder with your crew, setting tone and driving pace.
* Inspire greatness by coaching the team to deliver an unforgettable Nando's experience for new and loyal guests.
* Own the flame by energising the atmosphere and operations, ensuring every shift is brilliant and full of energy.
Qualifications
* Must be 18+ and able to work in Australia.
* Must hold or be willing to obtain liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR and manager accreditation as required by local legislation.
