Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on heavy diesel machinery, including American and European trucks and trailers Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems Ordering and replacing parts as needed Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team member Our desired Key Skills and Experience Australian or NZ recognised Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Demonstrated experience working on heavy diesel vehicles Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Commitment to workplace safety About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
