The Opportunity
As part of the Gold Fields Graduate Program, you will complete rotations across four sites over a two-year period, including Agnew, Granny Smith, Gruyere, St Ives, and (where relevant) the Perth office. Throughout the program, you'll work alongside members of our highly experienced technical team, gaining hands‐on exposure to the gold mining environment. You'll develop and demonstrate a set of core competencies, ensuring well‐rounded capability across all key areas. This program offers genuine, real‐world mining experience and the opportunity to see how your foundational university studies translate into practice.

Skills & Qualifications
* Completed your Tertiary Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Process Control or similar by end 2026.
* Vacation experience in a mining environment is ideal, but not essential.

* Contribute to energy improvement initiatives to enhance long‐term sustainability and efficiency across site infrastructure and equipment.
* Improve plant reliability through effective downtime analysis, root cause investigation and critical spares optimisation.
* Deliver production outcomes through disciplined planning, accurate interpretation of technical documentation and strong team collaboration.
