An opportunity has presented itself for a Property Manager to join their team and work closely with a highly experienced Asset Manager in a vibrant team.Your new roleYou will be responsible for maximising revenue, controlling expenses, long-term capital growth and overall management of a Vic based portfolio spread across 25 assets, made up of large stand-alone warehouses/distribution centres and industrial estates.
