Job Title: Workforce Staffing Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing a company's workforce performance and productivity.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Staffing: Forecasting staffing needs, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure optimal utilization.
* Performance Monitoring: Tracking labor time, generating reports on productivity and performance, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
* Resource Allocation: Reassigning employees and assets in real-time to address issues like sick calls or equipment breakdowns.
* Compliance Tracking: Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Reporting: Providing updates on efficiency to company leaders.
* Active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance is required.
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is essential.
* Experience in human resources, service provision, or production is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with WFM and timekeeping programs is an advantage.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills are crucial.
