We are seeking a
Casual Showroom Assistant
for our
Toowoomba Showroom
working
28 hours per week (includes Saturdays)
.
Responsibilities
Opening and closing the showroom and balancing transactions
Actively seeking new clients, contracts and marketing opportunities
Attending to incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and conveying the range of services that are available from ILS
Answering customer calls and emails to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Providing information to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more...
Processing orders and hire contracts
Facilitating quoting, invoicing, rental and sale of products
Identifying and facilitating referrals to other internal departments
Driving process efficiency and striving for continual improvement
Being the face of ILS in the local community and building relationships with customers and other local businesses
About You
Strong retail background and desire to apply your skills in the Allied Health industry
Studying Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy or Nursing and looking for a position where you can adapt your knowledge
Keen to go above and beyond to interact with your community and increase store exposure
Customer-centric mindset
Well presented, professional and courteous
Fantastic interpersonal skills and love connecting with people from all walks of life
Genuine desire to help others with your knowledge and abilities
Second to none administration skills, including ability to prioritise your time
Experience with SAP is not required but highly valued
Self-motivated, creative thinker, able to problem-solve and seek out new opportunities
