Responsibilities

* Assist with the HR administration ensuring the team offers a high quality and consistent service, including the preparation of contracts of employment, letters communicating information to employees following changes in terms and conditions and any other documentation, whilst working to continually improve accuracy, processes and response times.
* Complete all JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) requests ensuring our internal SLAs and processes are met.
* Reach out to the employees to complete all the documentation for Workday during Onboarding.
* Complete any additional documentation requests relating to the employee lifecycle (Parental Leave, Service Statements, Jury Duty Letters etc.).
* Liaise with the People Advisors and People Partners to complete any company sponsored visa requests.
* Complete monthly payroll notifications and reports for all employee changes.
* Manage the completion of any offboarding and transfer activities with IT, Security and Admin.
* Complete employee records in all the systems (Enboarder, Workday, Culture Amp).
* Manage the posting of ongoing job adverts for the purposes of Labour Market Testing requirements.
* Ensure all relevant Sarbanes Oxley Compliance procedures and processes are followed, adhered to, and always evidenced.
* Assist the People Partner with any ER requirements and reoccurring reporting requests.
* Assist the People Experience Manager with system audits and maintenance.
* Assist in the development of People Experience Projects and provide constant feedback to the team on any aspect which may affect the success of the HR team, always retaining an awareness of the bigger picture.
