Woods & Cohave partnered with one of Melbourne's most reputable bespoke builders on the search for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a highly regarded bespoke residential builder delivering architecturally designed, high-end homes across Melbourne.
This role is ideal for someone with strong construction knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and a genuine appreciation for architectural detail and quality craftsmanship.
Whether you have been working as a Project Designer or as a construction based residential Project Manager, this role may be suited to you
The Role
Working closely with the Project Management, Site and Design teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects run smoothly from documentation through to construction delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating project documentation, drawings, schedules and consultant information
* Liaising with architects, designers, engineers and internal stakeholders
* Supporting the construction manager with program tracking, variations and procurement
* Ensuring compliance with building regulations, contracts and quality standards
* Maintaining accurate project records and systems throughout the build lifecycle
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience within the residential construction industry (custom or high-end preferred)
* A relevant degree qualification (Construction Management, Architecture, Structural Engineering preferred)
* An architectural background or strong exposure to architectural documentation (highly regarded)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with consultants and stakeholders
