O'Connors NT Pty Ltd (T/A CTM Refrigeration & Airconditioning) have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team in a part-time position.
You'll be joining a company that has been operating in the Northern Territory for over 40 years delivering quality HVAC-R mechanical services. We offer an environment that promotes teamwork, safety, and a can-do attitude.
The role will include, but not limited to, service coordination utilising Service M8, general administration responsibilities and assisting with processing payroll and accounts payable/receivable tasks on an as required basis, to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all administration tasks.
Preferred working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm, however this can be negotiated for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
General reception and office administration
Processing mail and deliveries
Coordinating service calls and repairs using ServiceM8
Providing assistance with accounts payable/accounts receivable tasks as required
Processing payroll
Processing invoices/payments through MYOB as required
Maintaining Quarterly ARCTick Records
Following up outstanding debtors
Skills & Experience
Prior Office Administration experience (minimum 2+ years).
Experience with MYOB and ServiceM8.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise and consult with staff at all levels as well as clients.
Strong personal planning, time management and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Able to work independently and have good initiative.
Experience in the HVAC industry is desirable, however not essential.
