Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring outstanding service is provided to our customers.

You will work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team and managing operations to achieve success. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing team members, living, breathing, and role-modeling genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers, and being safety leaders, always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members, and customers.

In this role, you will often have opening and closing responsibilities and must be flexible with your availability. You will also need to have a valid driver's license and be able to physically perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Prior supervisory experience or readiness for that next step
* Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
* Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge (ideally)
* Flexible availability
* Valid driver's license
* Physical capacity to perform duties of role
