This role involves delivering exceptional support services, enabling clients to live independently and maintain their quality of life.
* Monitoring client health and well-being
* Providing transportation and accompaniment
* Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
* Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
* Preparing healthy meals and snacks
A Certificate III in Ageing or Individual Support qualification is preferred, along with a full driver's license and suitable transportation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, patient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
