**About the Role**
Joining our **Supported Independent Living (SIL) **team, you will support 4 males with disability living in shared housing in **Clarinda** providing various supports including personal care and daily living.
**Roster splits: 37:00/43:30** - This roster is a mix of morning & afternoon shifts. No Sleep over shifts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow person-centred support plans and behaviour support plans respectfully
- Participate in community activities and encourage clients to perform daily living tasks
- Track and document an individual's progress through thorough record-keeping
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients and their families
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience supporting people with high medical and support needs
- A commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs, skills, abilities and personal goals of people with disabilities
- The ability to develop a positive relationship with people we support and to support their Individual Personal Plan
- A current First Aid
- A current unrestricted Driver Licence
