Our Abri Residential Aged Care Home in Gold Coast is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Officer to join us working with a group of awesome, hard-working, and caring individuals. You will play an important role as the face of the aged care home. Using your high-level customer skills to engage and provide a welcoming environment for visitors, residents, and staff.
The hours of this role are expected between Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
The pay-rate for the role would be between $31.54-$33.96/hour depending on your experience.
About You:
An experienced Aged Care or Disability Services professional, you will bring the following skills, experience, and attributes:
Strong customer service background and experience, including front of house experienceWell-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a teamSelf-motivated attitude, enthusiasticCompetent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn and implement
new software/programsExperience working within a Residential Aged Care Facility or Community Service, not for profit or similar organisation (desirable)To be successful in this position, you will have:
Valid Aged Care Worker Screening Check:
o Current National Police Check OR
o Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
NB: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is mandatory for Services/Facilities delivering
services to NDIS clients.
o Statutory Declaration if you have been a citizen or permanent resident of a country
