Restaurant Supervisor Role
We’re looking for a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You’ll be the go-to person for both staff and guests, maintaining exceptional service standards and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
We offer comprehensive 4–6 weeks of training, with potential additional training at our Melbourne Head Office for selected team member.
Consistent and full-time hours are available for the right candidate, with excellent opportunities to grow within a supportive and energetic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations and staff performance
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
- Assist with rostering, inventory management, and daily reporting
