The Role:

Key duties include:
* Managing your own portfolio of commercial/industrial strata schemes
* Attending and coordinating AGMs & committee meetings
* Budgeting, scheduling, and handling correspondence
* Liaising with owners, contractors, and stakeholders
* Providing general strata support and guidance
About You:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in strata management
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Able to multitask and manage competing deadlines
* Knowledge of strata legislation and confidence in running meetings
* Experience with commercial portfolios is advantageous
