Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide professional assistance to internal calls, emails, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.

* Efficiently manage and update real-time data entry systems.
* Maintain the operation and monitoring of Quality Facility Management and Building Maintenance systems.
* Foster exceptional communication with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Requirements and Qualifications

* Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Clear and professional communication skills, facilitating seamless interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
* An attention to detail that ensures accuracy in real-time data entry.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
* Able to work as part of a team and independently.
* An interest in contributing to a healthcare facility.
* The ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
