We seek an experienced professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills to ensure seamless candidate selection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily shortlisting of candidates for site approval
* Conducting telephone screening and reference checks for Operators and Maintenance Trades
* Managing recruitment administration and maintaining accurate records
* Coordinating medicals and site inductions
* Promoting effective collaboration with on-site hiring managers to deliver high-quality recruitment services
* Preparing regular progress updates and analysis on recruitment activities
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* HR or relevant tertiary qualification preferred
* Advanced computer skills across Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
* Previous in-house experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment preferred
* Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key internal stakeholders
* Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
