Our client is in the process of revolutionising their procurement operations with the introduction of procurement system. Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the adoption of this transformative system across their organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the adoption of the procurement system across the organisation.
* Draft and communicate new policies and procedures related to the procurement process.
* Develop training modules to facilitate the seamless onboarding of future staff.
* Collaborate with PowerBI specialists to refine procurement reports.
* Provide project administration support, including the development of implementation and growth plans.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in procurement operations.
* Familiarity with procurement systems, such as SAP Ariba, or Coupa.
* Ability to understand and articulate procurement-related terminology and concepts.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
* Systems savvy.
