Job Title: Contract Administrator

You will work closely with an experienced project delivery team on new build, refurbishment, and extension projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing, negotiating, and administering head and subcontractor contracts, managing project cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting, and liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate
* Has 3+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
* Possesses solid knowledge of contract law, building codes, and Australian Standards
* Has experience managing projects valued between $1M–$50M
* Displays excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills
* Is proficient in construction software and document control systems
* Hold a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (desired)
