The Role 
In this role, you'll be the key link between customers and contractors, arranging responsive maintenance for government housing properties. You'll build strong relationships, keep things running smoothly, and make sure every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include: 
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
- Coordinate responsive maintenance for government housing properties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage maintenance requests
- Confirm and clarify details with callers, using robust interpersonal skills to calm upset customers, resolve disputes, and negotiate positive outcomes
- Enter data accurately into internal systems
- Compile reports and documents with a high level of attention to detail
About You 
We're looking for someone who's confident juggling a busy workload and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you'll bring experience from a call centre or have coordinated a high volume of residential property maintenance. 
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a call centre environment (highly desirable)
- Insurance repairs or property maintenance experience is highly regarded
- Microsoft Office Skills including Excel
- Problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Exceptional customer service, active listening and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and decision-making ability
